I was introduced to Power Mobility through the NDIS, when I was fitted for my first power wheelchair – the Quantum Q6 Edge Heavy Duty Power Drive Chair with tilt. This was my first experience with Power Mobility, but with the fantastic service I got, I hope I’m with them for many years to come! They went above and beyond, and worked hand in hand with my therapist to put my mind at ease. I cannot praise them highly enough! I knew nothing about the company and even less about power wheelchairs, but their sales rep put me on the right track and gave me peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble, and he even answered some of my ‘stupid’ questions. My new chair will allow me to leave the house on my own and go to the shops, without having to have someone there at all times. Power Mobility made the whole process easy and hassle free, which is a nice change from other power chair companies. I recently purchased a Magic Mobility Frontier V6 chair and I can honestly say it’s the best power chair I’ve ever had. It has tilt, transfer tilt, seat lift features and the cushion is very comfortable. It has changed my life immensely, and there is no stopping me now! The Power Mobility sales rep, Paul, was super fantastic. He is very knowledgeable in all things to do with mobility chairs.
