Support at Home

The Australian Government’s Support at Home program has replaced Home Care Packages, providing older Australians with funding to access services, assistive technology and equipment that help them remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. The program is designed to support ageing in place, with funding tailored to an individual’s assessed needs. Generally speaking, Support at Home funding may be available to people aged 65 years and over who need assistance to remain living independently at home.

Support at Home funding recipients may be eligible for funding towards a wide range of mobility and daily living equipment. Unlike many other mobility equipment suppliers, Power Mobility also offers a convenient mobile service and repair centre through our sister company, GS Electronics – a trusted and experienced service provider for over 40 years, so you’ll have total peace of mind.

We care about your health & safety

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. All our staff have up-to-date flu vaccinations and PPE on hand to use if required, and our equipment is sanitised after each trial. We are also trained in First Aid and CPR. All staff hold a current Blue Card and have undergone a thorough Police Check.
