We’re looking for a motivated Field Service & Repairs Technician to join our friendly team. If you love solving problems, fixing things, working independently and making a difference every day — this could be the role for you!

About the Role:

  • Service and repair a wide range of high-quality manual and powered wheelchairs
  • Provide mobile onsite repairs at clients’ homes and facilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining accurate service records using our CRM system
  • Full technical training provided – learn from the best!

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a technical, mechanical or service/repair role (mobility equipment, appliances, security systems, automotive, etc)
  • Confident troubleshooting, repairing and diagnosing issues
  • Friendly, patient and people-focused with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using basic technology and CRM systems
  • Open (C class) driver’s licence and Australian citizenship or residency.

We’d Love it if You:

  • Have experience with mobility or healthcare equipment
  • Have experience working in the disability or healthcare sectors.
  • Reside on Brisbane’s Southside.
