Seating Solutions & Strategies

Like to become more knowledgeable in cushions, backrests and headrests? Then this session is for you!

This comprehensive wheelchair seating workshop, conducted by Sunrise Medical Clinical Director, Amy Bjornson, is specifically designed for therapists looking to upskill their wheelchair mobility and seating skills.

During this session, we will review best practice evidence, discuss early and late intervention seating strategies, and illustrate what the Jay portfolio can offer for posture promotion and skin protection.

We’ll cover how to manage postural asymmetries and modifications available through the Jay Your Way program. Regardless of the amount of experience you have, after this course, you will be prepared to face a broader range of client seating challenges with new evidence-based seating interventions.

This hands-on session has been specifically requested by many prescribers and is not to be missed!
